The Oberlin Palais is ADA-friendly, and all amenities are fully accessible. The Oberlin Palais has a private, fully operational elevator, and zero-entry showers. The Oaks @ The Oberlin Palais has iron handrails, two (2) shallow steps and a ramp at the main entrance. The Alcove @ The Oberlin Palais has a separate, private entrance on the terrace level.

The Oberlin Palais features two separate living and gathering spaces each with full kitchens and gas fireplaces–The Oaks and The Alcove. Guests are welcome to stay either by reserving both places or by reserving only one of the spaces as desired. While The Oaks–the 5 BR, 7 BA home–has a dedicated 12-seat theater, you will find a more intimate theater hidden below in The Alcove—the 2 BR, 2.5 BA apartment. Our home can be booked with a private chef option if desired.
Both The Oaks and The Alcove have fitness, entertainment/games and outdoor living spaces to enjoy. The golf & multi-sport simulator are exclusively accessible while staying at either The Oberlin Palais or at The Oaks @ The Oberlin Palais.
Both dwellings are ADA-friendly with zero-entry showers. Guests of all ages and abilities are fully able to enjoy the amenities at The Oaks with access to the private elevator and front entrance ramp when needed. Guests staying at The Alcove can access all amenities on the terrace level.
